I am not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.

This is a professional salon establishment

Any service provider who feels that a customer is behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully is authorized to stop the treatment immediately.  I believe in creating mutually respectful relationships, and have the right to refuse any service. 

Drug and alcohol abuse

I do not allow any drugs or alcohol in our salon or on our premises, please do not come into the salon intoxicated. This impacts my ability to deliver the desired outcome.  If you are under the influence and not able to behave appropriately, I will ask you to leave and you will be charged for the full price of your session. 

Forms of payment accepted

I gladly accept most major credit cards and debit cards, gift certificates, venmo, and cash.  I cannot accept cash for products. 

My services

If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason please let me know within two weeks of your appointment.  I will go the extra mile to make it right for you.  I do not offer refunds on services.  

Children

Children of all ages are welcome!  Please do not leave children unsupervised and they must be in the same area as the guardian at all times.  If your child has autism or any other neurodivergence that makes haircuts difficult for them I am happy to spend a little extra time with them! We can turn off lights, music, ect for a low sensory environment.  

Am I LGBTQIA friendly? 

YES! Absolutely. I want anyone in my chair to feel 100% comfortable with me and themselves. My pricing and wedding packages are gender neutral and inclusive. My goal is to help my clients feel confident in their bodies.

Cancellation policy

Please give me 48 hours notice, if you need to reschedule, change the duration of your session, or cancel an appointment.  Canceling, missing, or rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the missed appointment.  This charge is at your stylists discretion and will be judged on a case by case basis. 

Service Time

My services are booked and charged according to the amount of time booked and not the service type.  For example, if you book a 3 hour session in advance and update it to a 60 minute session at the time of service, it will be treated as a last minute cancellation.
